Red Stick Insurance Agency wants every person who needs insurance to be able to use this site and to reach a licensed agent.
What we aim for
We build and maintain this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target. In practice that means:
- Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast
- Every form field paired with a visible, associated label
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator
- Meaningful alternative text on images that carry information
- Headings used in order so screen readers can navigate the page
- Layouts that reflow on phones and at high zoom levels
- Motion and animation reduced automatically when your device asks for it
Where we may fall short
Parts of this experience rely on third parties — carrier quoting portals, payment pages, and document viewers — that we do not control. If you run into a barrier on one of those, tell us and we will complete the task with you directly.
If something isn’t working
You never have to use this website to do business with us. Call the agency during business hours and a licensed agent will take your information, quote your coverage, and service your policy over the phone. We can also provide policy documents in an alternate format on request.
